- www.ipc.gov.ps. The International Press Center (IPC) is one of the State Information Service's (SIS) main departments. IPC specializes in providing services to local and foreign reporters and journalists working for TV, Radio, and news agencies. Services include organizing press conferences and arranging interviews for journalists with Palestinian decision-makers. IPC also monitors international media trends and attitudes toward the Palestinian cause and releases a variety of reports and publications.

Created by the Palestinian Non-Governmental Network (PNGO) and the Health, Development, Information, and Policy Institute (HDIP), the Palestine Monitor seeks to redress the lack of a Palestinian narrative in the media by disseminating information about developments coming from Palestinian civil society.
