- Popular Committee Against Siege (PCAS) is a popular committee established in Gaza Strip on the 25th October 2007, headed by independent Palestinian MP. Eng. Jamal Naji AL-Khodri. 
- We are a diverse group of civil society activists, human rights activists, intellectuals, academics, businessmen from Gaza and the West Bank, united by our commitment to peace, human dignity and human rights, and guided by our ethical and moral responsibilities to help our people who suffers the hardest conditions. 
- Prompted by the unfolding humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip due to the 20-month-long siege, which has been tightened since the events of June 2007 to encompass a hermetic closure of the strip, a group of organisations concerned with the welfare of Palestinians initiated a campaign against the siege on Gaza mid-November 2007. It is hoped that other concerned organisations will be joining and/or supporting this campaign the sole aim of which is to prevent a total humanitarian disaster in the densely populated Gaza Strip..
